I am not an expert when it comes to fish and chips, but I was craving some the other day and thought I’d give this place a try since I always pass it on the way home from work. The price is cheap, I had pack 1 and ate half of it (adding my own veggies at home) while my husband ate the other half without veggies and we were both full. He does not think the meal is good, but I was pretty happy about it. The potato cakes are cut really thinly, and was really crispy. I guess if you are a potato lover you will be disappointed but for me I like how crispy it was. The fish was ok, chips are ok too. Dumpling was a bit disappointing (but then, I always drool when i see dumplings at cafeterias but always disappointed anyway). I don’t mind it but will try other local fish and chips places.
