Craving for some desserts, I came here this afternoon because of the high ratings. As soon as I come in, I was excited to choose from the selections available. When the shop assistant approached me, I asked her a few questions including how to order cakes and the range of cakes that they offered. To my surprise she was very rude and in short ordered me to open the Instagram account – an all round bad customer service. When I paid for my desserts I saw a flyer that invite customers to ask their staff about ordering cakes. When she saw me looking at it she just said take one, and when I again tried to ask, she replied go to Instagram. The Instagram doesnt even have all the info. Very disappointing indeed! She should not work in a high end cake shop. Even the girl behind the coffee machine (who was not serving me) was a lot nicer and said proper goodbyes.
