IT was an unusually quiet day for this Mac. I was the only person there. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. 8 different staff walked across either side of the counter. Busy cleaning counter top or just rushing around aimlessly. No one even bother to make eye contact. A big beefy man stood next to the office. Either a security person or the manager. Made no gesture of any kind but just staring at me waiting for service. A girl in red kept wiping the counter top. Repeatedly. A girl in black then looked at me twice and unwillingly asked me what I wanted. She looked very involved in her job but her poker face could only make people feel uncomfortable. Customer service cannot top this!!!
