Whilst I love the location and the staff were friendly enough, the menu and food were incredibly disappointing. The owners could do something really great with this place, the ambiance inside is nice, outside street front could use a bit of work but the biggest need for improvement is the menu. Very bland and unappealing and not much on offer. I also found it over priced for what it was. Ive been on the hunt for a new bfast spot and sadly this place is not it. Take away coffee only from here.

Very refreshing to have good coffee in suburbs.

Went to the place a lot when they opened, but bought a coffee machine when the works in town were going on.

Time to start going back for more now that things have calmed down in town.

    Staff are super nice

Just opposite the Bayswater train station. Serving breakie, lunch & coffee. Bought Chai latte $4.00 which is slightly more exp. Quite slow service for a cuppa take away when not many customers.

I am a regular at Coffee Interchange, at least once per week
When I first started coming here, I didn’t actually drink coffee. Over time, they started making me different strengths with different milks, and I’m now settled on my favourite which is a double ristretto, almond milk flat white (with the Colombian beans)- the best!
They also spent months perfecting their house made chai which, as a chai snob, I can vouch for.
The lasagna is a favourite of mine on the menu, and they do a mean ham and cheese croissant.

The kids’ corner makes life easier when I visit with my little ones in tow, and they have 2 highchairs to make life easier.
Service is always amazing. They remember all my family’s names, but above all, the owners are just genuinely nice people who are passionate about coffee and running an awesome cafe.

Friendly and quick service with one of the best coffees I’ve tasted in a while. Will definitely be going back there more often! Easy to find parking at the back. They need to increase the opening timings other than that new fav coffee shop!

Wow, the coffee here is simply terrible! Went here on a mid week morning, Service was efficient and friendly, but the taste of the coffee was just awful. So much so that me and my colleague had two sips each and then threw them out. It was like the oils in the beans were rancid. For a place that supposedly prides itself on its coffee this was a real disappointment. If I could give less than 1 point I would. Won’t be back.

I moved to Ringwood East about 3 months ago from Melbourne CBD. I had been previously spoilt for choice when it came to cafe’s, and as such, have been searching for a new cafe to call home. I have tried many places around the Ringwood, Heathmont and Bayswater areas. This morning I stumbled onto Coffee Interchange. My initial impression upon walking in was that of a modern cafe but without the usual hipster type decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The coffee was delicious, smooth and presented in a large mug. I ordered the eggs royale breakfast, and unlike anywhere else I have tried in recent months, the (poached) eggs were cooked to absolute perfection, along with the rest of my meal. I will definitely be back to enjoy another meal at this amazing cafe.
