Went for 2 coffees this morning and was greeted with 3 staff members standing there just staring waiting for people to walk in. The girl who served was rude looked so miserable and was like I was inconveniencing her. Customer Service skills so so bad. Coming from a area where there’s so much competition, so won’t go back.

Foccaccia and tea, both very good. Also tried a sausage roll (award winning supplier. Extra good). Basic vibe; nice display of local artists’work. Only lacking warmth from staff.
Lots of gluten free treats on offer. I chose the GF choc brownie and it was divine! Perfect almond milk hot chocolate. Great fast and friendly service and watching their barista was entertaining as she was fast, efficient and seemed to know her stuff. I will be a regular!
Had a horrible experience here, what I know now as the owner of the story was quite rude and abrupt. Very unfriendly and not approachable, maybe I caught her on a bad day but to run a business you need to be friendly and approachable…
