Called in here over the weekend for some brunch. Sat out side which was nice and warm.Vegetarian breakfast ordered. Instead of fresh avocado ‘avocado spread was used which tasted like $2 coles avocado dip. Actually spoilt my meal 🙁
My absolutely favourite place to go for brunch!!! Ive never had a bad experience with food or staff. Theyre all so lovely. Not overpriced either which is a plus. Much try the breaky roll… there capsicum relish is 11/10.
Very disappointed!Went here for lunch and ordered an iced coffee and Arancini balls from the lunch menu. When I received my order it was only 4 pieces of ping pong sized arancini balls on a sprinkle of rocket and aioli. I called the waiter and asked if this is an entree sized meal as I would prefer a main. I was replied with a yes it was and she explained that this, along with the calamari has an entree sized and main option, but the arancini only came in one sized. I asked to see the menu but it doesnt state that its an entree nor does it say it will only serve 4 balls. I was not happy! I wouldve ordered something else as it was definitely not a lunch meal! I was offered to buy a side of chips and I said no, I was clearly unhappy about it as I did not want to pay more for lunch! The vegetarian arancini balls were just okay and needed lemon to lift it up as it was quite oily and rich with the aioli. The rocket was not dressed and I ended up not eating it. I left and ate a muesli bar from my bag to fill me up. Not a happy customer.
Fantastic service however the my dish was a bit lacking. My fritters werent at all fluffy and more on the dense side. The corn wasnt sweet and the saving grace of the dish was the relish on the plate. It would have been nice if I got an egg and avo and salmon on each fritter would have made the dish more substantial for $21. My partners big breakfast looked amazing and was very filling. Again delightful service and would love to return to this local gem!
Fantastic food, great coffee and service with a smile, well worth the visit to the slightly out of the way but very good cafe. As well as the daily specials the lamb and pork dishes were very good.
Have been going to four figs for ages now have been to for breakfast and dinner many times always great service and great food can get quite busy at times so it’s a good thing to book ahead
Four Figs is my favourite cafe in the area. The food is delicious, well presented and the service amazing. The staff is lovely, attentive but not intrusive. My favourite dish is corn fritters with avocado and salmon, however, everything coming from the kitchen looks just amazing. Not many places offer lactose-free milk, which tastes so much better than soy milk with the coffee. I am looking forward to returning many more times.
