What a terrible experience. Went there with a group of 10 and I ordered a Cab Sav to start the night but got presented with a white wine instead. 2 of the guys ordered Jamieson and first round they got it, second round they got bourbon possibly. We tried to tell the waitress that it wasn’t Jamieson, but she claimed it was. Food was average which is dissapointing when you’re paying $40 per person for a banquet. At the end of the night I ordered a black tea and when I went to give the sugar sachets back to the waitress as I didn’t need them sugar spilled all over me because one of them was open. I would avoid this place.
Prices are quite reasonable and the amount of meat they use in dishes such as the beef and black bean is definitely a bonus.
Looking forward to trying more from their menu.
This family business has been around for years, and we have never been disappointed with the delicious food and smiling service at Jade Princess, either dine in or take out. I particularly love the garlic prawns with vegetables, and it has one of the best special fried rice anywhere. I know, big call, but i love it.
We can’t go anywhere else in the area for great Chinese food.
This is my lovely little local Chinese. Staff are friendly, welcoming and attentive.
Only downside which I always seem to forget is the honey chicken never comes with any sauce so I need to remember to request this every time I order this otherwise can be very dry and bland.
BYO wine is always a great bonus!
This a great little gem of a restaurant tucked away in Beaconsfield. Use to eat here all the time up to a few years ago and thought we would try it again tonight. Tonight was no exception and did not disappoint at all. Staff were so friendly and meals came out quick. We had the Honey Chicken, Mongolian Beef and a Combination Sweet and Sour along with a large special fried rice. The only negative with the mains was the size of the fried rice. It was not that large. Entrees were really good also with a serve of steamed dim sims, satay chicken skewers and lettuce cup. We topped the night off with the standard Banana Fritters which were also a hoot. All in all a top night out and no complaints about the food. Will be back very soon again.
Just had tea at jade princess i must say that the food was tasteless, boring and bland had better food in a food court at a shopping center wont be going back and will be telling friends not to waste there money it doesn’t deserve a rating
