Have ordered special occasion birthday cakes from here regularly and they have all tasted just as good as they looked! Amazing range of shapes and styles. Recently ordered a large boys 13th bday cake for 80 guests and Melissa the owner was only too happy to help again and had many creative ideas to choose from. Don’t expect supermarket prices though. The cakes are pastry chef quality and hand made and decorated on the premises and prices are fair for the quality, size and attention to detail.

The cake was moist and sweet. Will definitely order cakes from here again.
I just wanted to thank Sarah from The Cake Stop for the amazing job she did our wedding cake last year! We had a Japanese theme to our wedding and had some specific references for colour and design inspired by the Japanese fabric we had bought in Japan and used as table runners. The detail in the work and design by Sarah was absolutely exquisite and above and beyond what I could have imagined. Our wedding cake was also our dessert so it was crucial that is tasted as good as it looked, which it definitely did! We were able to include 3 flavours which gave us the flexibility to satisfy the tastes of all our guests. The most difficult part of the whole consultation process was choosing the flavours and the best part was tasting them! Overall we were incredibly impressed by the professionalism, the skill, the taste and texture of the cake and how Sarah was able to take an abstract brief and turn it in to a beautiful cake the complimented our theme magnificently! Thanks again Sarah, definitely highly recommended!
Here at eatmystreet, we love The Cake Stop. You will too if you stop by and purchase one of their beautiful cupcakes from the display cabinet at the back of the store. The Cake Stop really is a great cake decorating shop but with the delicious addition of mouthwatering, buttery, crumbly cupcakes that you can take away. There is a great assortment of flavours and I consider it my destiny to try every one of them. With me luck!
