Unfortunately the only stream out of this place was a few hours later. Steer clear, I had the dim sim ( might have been my own fault ) and the beef and black bean which was SALTY and bland.

We phoned in a takeaway order on a Saturday night for 3 sesame prawn toast, 4 vegetarian fried rice, and 4 main dishes (2 were vegetarian). It was over $120 and had to wait maybe 20 minutes extra after the advised time of pick up. The food in the restaurant smelt wonderful but we felt our vegie food especially the curry was bland. And disappointing not to get complementary prawn crackers with total cost of order. Maybe speed and quality is better on another night.

Just recently we ordered chicken and sweet corn soup, sweet and sour pork, honey chicken, special fried rice and prawn crackers takeaway.

My grandparents requested this meal and absolutely love old fashioned Chinese food. This restaurant didnt disappoint their taste buds. Personally i found the chicken and sweet corn soup too gelatinous for my taste, but my grandfather really enjoyed it. The pork was battered and deep fried and the fluorescent pink sweet and sour sauce was provided in a separate container so you could control the amount of sauce to your own taste. They same with the honey chicken. I really enjoyed the crunch of the fresh prawn crackers and the Smokey taste of the special fried rice. That rice was an absolute winner, we all thoroughly enjoy the flavour, it was full of pork, veggies, egg and even had a few prawns.

So if old school Chinese is your thing then this place is for you.
