Ordered take away. The mai sui dim sims were overcooked , dark brown verging on black and the prawn toast overcooked. Charged for plum sauce but it was omitted. The steamed duck combo and seafood combo were bland. Very disappointing.
Went here for dinner just now to celebrate my Mum’s birthday.
Saying service was horrific is an understatement. This is the only time either of my parents (one 70 and the other 56) have ever walked out of a restaurant mid-meal in their entire lives.
We had a male Asian waiter (this occurred on 18/1/2017) who strolled around leisurely despite his two female colleagues running frantically and working 6x as hard as him.
He served us once in a full hour while being very attentive to a nearby table even after my father mentioned his terrible service after waiting 40 mins for a bowl of soup.
In our 2 hours sitting down for dinner, we were only served 4 entrees from our banquet of 9 meals…
When we left we mentioned the terrible service to the male waiter who made nothing but excuses and did not even apologise in the slightest.
To put the icing on the cake, when we left, we decided to do the right thing and pay for what we ate.
Little did we realise that the same male waiter overcharged us at menu prices rather than banquet prices and did not even offer to give us complimentary drinks and now we are left hungry, angry, and overcharged.
I will call up tomorrow to enquire as to this male waiter until he is fired for the terrible job he does…
