Castlemaine is becoming a destination for great bakeries and Johnny Baker is no exception with mouth-watering cakes and the croissants are light and not too buttery. Will be coming back for more!
New Owners have taken over this bakery, and it has been a delicious ever since – Problem – what to choose in terms of cakes, jelly lamington is high on the favourites list at the moment.
Has some nice food, tucked away in a nice quiet corner, (has some heavy competition though), and is a good place to sit with a coffee and a good book for a while if you have to kill some time.
On a lunch break went in to get a salad roll for lunch and coffee the salad roll was good but the coffee was fantastic
