Not a fan of cold rock ice cream, been to a couple of their places.The novelty of having lollies , chocolate and sweets manually smashed into an ice cream doesn’t impress me.Asmall cup of ice cream with a couple of added lollieseasily hits the $10 mark.

El cheapo ice cream. No wonder this place is usually empty.
I wouldn’t mind paying the price of 1 tub of premium ice cream for 2 or 3 scoops if it is premium quality, but whatever they use here seems very cheap.
Take a family of 4 here for ice cream and you’ll spend around $30. Ridiculous when what they have in the freezer chest at the supermarket is nicer (and I’m talking about the stuff that comes in 4 litre tubs.)
Needs a grown up working on weekends. Walked out without even trying the icecream. They had no idea on who to serve. A total discrace.
Nope…. The last time I went to Cold Rock was in October 2012. The behaviour of the staff was truly horrendous. I ended up making a compliant to their head office which was followed up quite quickly by an area manager and I was offered vouchers for future purchases. I didn’t take them and I won’t be going back.
Terrible service and overpriced product. Go to the Bendigo Ice Creamery instead.
Why does the owner never wear pants?! Who wants an ice cream from a grown man in short shorts?!
Disgraceful any muppet can mix lollies through some ice cream at home for half the price
