Whilst in Bendigo today I had a late big breakfast at Hoo-Gah Caf and (my first visit here). I ordered their Chorizo Scotch egg (with roasted sweetcorn, smashed peas, chorizo crumb, rocket salad and smoke paprika aioli) at $16.00, it was cooked well and served steaming hot within 15 minutes of ordering and the I really enjoyed the various flavours. I found all the staff excellent – very friendly and helpful. This eatery has a bright & cheery ambience and is abuzz with customers. The modern background music was at a level that could be heard over easily. On my next visit I’ll try their homemade schnitzel. This eatery seats 42.
