Take away at the New China Restaurant in Bendigo. No complaints here, food was pretty good and is a safe option – had the duck with rice and soup. Prices are reasonable.
The vegetables were crisp and fresh and serving size was good for the price. None of the meals were disappointing, and met expectations. Easy to read menu with options for each meal Housed in a lovely building it looks uninviting, upon entering you could tell no expense was spared decorating it decades ago. A classic menu with some chef suggestions. A specials board with some great ideas was not obvious until we went up to settle the bill.. They have an all you can eat option for under $20 per person which may be worth asking about, again we didnt see this till we were leaving. Their takeaway section has a separate entry on the side of the building, which seemed rather busy. Service was good drink options reasonably priced.
Probably the best. Great service, prompt food delivery, reasonable prices, mouth-watering flavours and great quality food.
Certainly coming back when next in Bendigo!!
Best Chinese ever. Lovely staff and delicious food.
Manager was very friendly, and recommended us some nice dishes. Ambience is lovely too. Would love to try out other items if we visit bendigo again 🙂
Forget this place!. My wife and I went to this place for Yum Cha and we were bitterly disappointed. The price is outrageous. We ordered Wonton soup with Bokchoy as per picture in menu and what did we get? 3 small Wontons in a small rice bowl with a few sprinkling of spring onions, no Bokchoy. What is worst, it cost $9. I probably won’t complained if the food is good but this is not good and overpriced. Don’t bother going to this restaurant.
