Today me and my family came here to celebrate my grandfathers birthday. We choose this place due to the seafood platter, it looked amazing and we were not disappointed! I had the calamari salad, it was a beautiful creamy salad with bit of chorizo , delicious. Our waitress was wonderful and made us feel very welcomed, even creating a quick birthday cake out of ice cream so we could sing happy birthday. The only slight negative is the parking (although I dont think there is anything they can do about that). Great service and great food. Thanks for everything today!

Good but prices have gone up. Good, friendly place for a family meal, but recently went for lunch and found prices have jumped quite dramatically without an improvement in the quality of the food. Seems the dinner menu has replaced the affordable lunch menu.
Good pub meal. As far as Bendigo pub meals go Tyson’s reef is certainly above par, I’ve been twice now with a decent sized group (8-12) people. Both times were great, everyone essentially tried something different and there were no complaints. The barra was super, and my mates had to roll me into the car after the Parma (definitely wasn’t the 10 pints I drank).
Very Disappointed!. I had the most disappointing pub meal @ The Tyson’s Reef Hotel…….. Beef Wellington this under cooked beef and uncooked pastry, even sent it back and it returned with over cooked beef and pastry that was exactly the same, they just put the meat on the top. so not happy
