Been on the hunt for a good pizza place since moving to the area and was recommended to try queen margarita by a friend. While the pizza itself was decent, the service on the other hand was totally unprofessional. I ordered 2 pizzas on the phone to pickup. I went to get them and came home to discover that I had been given an incorrect order. The place was not busy. When I called back to advise what had happened, the person taking my call did not believe me. Clearly the staff arent trained in basic customer service where the customer is always right. Back into the car I get with my pizza covered in anchovies to prove that I had in fact been given the wrong pizza. No apology given. No refund given. Poor form from the staff there as you have now lost what would have been a regular customer. Such a shame because the pizza was great.
Thankfully working so close to this restaurant is a blessing. I’ve been to the one in Hampton as well and every time we visit they just blow your mind. The food is so tasty and you can’t go past a fresh pizza! Mind you, we had to try a bit of everything because of how tasty it all was haha.
Love their pizzas and venue. The lungo is huge and perfect for sharing or enjoying to yourself!! A family-friendly, good quality Italian restaurant in Bayside!
Being a Bentleigh local, it is hard to go past Queen Margherita Pizza. The stone baked base stays soft and fluffy even when delivered. We usually eat in because of the free dessert for kids, a great way to get customers into the store 🙂

Living in Bentleigh East, this is our go to venue for takeaway. The food arrives just like it would if you were in store. The stone bake must have secret powers because I have never had pizza delivered so good.
Lovely staff, cute courtyard in the back, had amazing stone baked pizza but with a good amount of toppings (my pet hate is stone baked with miniscule toppings) and a gorgeous melt in your mouth lasanaga. It looks like just a fast food place when you walk in but it’s really lovely!
I ordered a margarita and vegetarian pizza (half and half). Probably the best pizza Ive had in the area. It had a perfect, thin base and just the right amount of toppings.
