I really wanted to like it here… thats why I gave it a third go. Unfortunately, I didnt! Just a question.. why would you have a frozen pattie from a supermarket and claim its Angus Beef mince? Absolutely shocking!
Yes the place looks like your standard Bowls/ Pokie venue but the food is a standout surprise. The Hot Sue pizza goes off like a cracker and the Beef Cheek Masala was one of the best curries I’ve ever had. For a cheeky local in the burbs you can’t miss.
Went to the SOC after family had organised our catch up to be there. I never really hold out too much hope for the food in a place like this but we were very pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t very busy so I don’t know if that was a factor but 2 of us ordered the risotto which was lovely, one ordered the livers and he was VERY impressed… Said they were very well cooked. Another had the salmon and said it was cooked to perfection while the others had the fish of the day (which I think was barramundi) and absolutely loved it. Very happy diners!
