Very friendly staff and service. Fresh food, great burgers made to your own liking. nothing to much trouble. great fish and chips. Lots of choice in the menu, never had to wait long for food, even in busy times.
Just like the Titanic’s maiden voyage, my first trip to this fish and chip shop was a disaster. The chips were soggy and undercooked and the fish had not been filleted properly with several large bones hidden in the flesh. Most of my meal ended up in the landfill bin which is a waste of food and money.
Best fish and chips in the area. None of those pretentious fish and chippery chips where the chips are 2inches thick, cost you an arm and a leg, with only 10 chips in the box! Staff are friendly and the food is quick and cooked well. A big thumbs up from our family.
The worse fish and chips we have ever had. We ordered a family pack. We paid an extra 30 cents per piece of fish for it to be grilled. There grilled fish is covered in bread crumbs it ruined the fish it was gross. We may as well have had the battered fish. The chips and potato cakes were inedible due to the amount of salt they put on the food. My kids would not eat it and they love salt.
Grill Flake, Chips, Potato Cakes and Calamari. Fish & chips are nice.
Delicious Fish & Chips. This is a superb Fish and Chip shop. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. But most importantly the food was fantastic! The fish and potato cakes were thick and juicy with crispy batter. The calamari was real and not stringy. The chips were just how I like them, similar to the ones served in the northern parts of England. Highly recommended!
