Dropped in to pick up a Danish pastry but encountered the worst service staff ever. This Chinese looking woman in glasses was bringing out food & we were in her way, standing in front of the counter waiting to order. We gave way in that narrow space but she made an annoyed noice as she squeezed pass us – what was that for???

Simple decor small venue, eat in or take away. I love their long Danishes with cherry, apricot or chocolate fillings – elegant and delicious to serve your guests with a cup of tea when taking away. A variety of decent cakes and pastries are available. Convenient location for the locals to sit in and relax with a coffee after doing the weekly grocery shopping.

Picked up a variety of pastries and cakes for afternoon tea for my folks as well as Lattes and cappuccinos.
Freshly baked cakes, slices and pastries.
Made decent cups of coffee too.
Dining areas inside the shop and on the street. A delightful little cafe.

Prices are extremely cheap – $7.6 for a coffee and a slice of Danish for brekky. Others on Acland street charge twice as much for similar quality products. The interior is ok as well as the quality of service

Just your average bakery. The interior is a bit disorganised. Lots of varieties of sweets and the price is cheap. The winner for this bakery is the fact that all the coffee is organic.
