The service I received was lukewarm.
But the cake I had was lovely.
Too bad the coffee was average. There’s definitely room for improvement on that.
I’ll come back for more cakes, and maybe as takeaway?

After having enjoyed Europa cafe on Ackland St, My expectations were naturally quite high.
My husband being a huge fan of brandy snaps tried theirs. But these were only brandy and completely uneatable.
My daughter ordered some chocolate cake. She took one bite and refused to touch the rest. Now what child do you know tries a bite chocolate cake and refuse any more? That says it all now doesn’t it?
Good cakes and sweets. One of the best around this area. Not so sure they are the same operators but I believe those guys from Europa Carnegie still supply them most products. Correct me if I’m wrong. Anyways, my family loves this bakery joint and also recommends to all locals.

Never again. I had the misfortune of going here this morning. On offer eggs and bacon, I ordered, 10 minutes later I was told the eggs weren’t delivered…ok I will have a jam donut…..yes we have just had a delivery…..whoops no they are yesterdays! ok then just coffee….and that was terrible!!!
Not very fresh cakes. When I went there I was really surprise, because I still had in my mind very good Europa Cake Shop from Acland St St. Kilda. Bentleigh Europa Cake Shop is nothing like that, cakes were not fresh at all, average coffee and staff looked bored maybe because of poor management by older person who wasnt interested in customer service at all.
Cakes are very nice, coffee is expensive and quite average
