I dont eat pizza often because Im extremely picky but for these pizzas Ill make an exception. The bases were perfect and had a lovely woodsmoke aroma, the toppings just like they make in Italy, with lots of cheese and herbs. Sadly I left my saved pizza slices at my friends place last night and I wish I hadnt, so Ill just have to go back to Forni for a freshly made pizza.
I ordered the Liparo pizza (with chicken and zucchini) and it was absolutely fantastic. I requested for chilli to be added and the owners were happy to oblige.
The pizza had a perfect base and just the right number of high quality ingredients. Very authentic pizza which reminded me of the pizza I had in Italy.
I feel this place isn’t getting enough publicity. I highly recommend giving them a try!
