No, it is not traditional Italian wood fired style, but nor does it pretend to be. What you get is a filling Australian/American style hot pizza with lots of toppings. Highly Recommended
We order often from Red Hot and are always happy with the food and service. Simple, yummy family style pizzas at great prices. I suggest requesting they add chilli flakes to your pizza, it really lifts the flavour of it all. Personally I can’t go past the napoletana with chilli. Highly recommend for those in the Bentleigh area after a quick and tasty pizza!
