Support local business. Great owners have created an atmosphere of fun. All people welcome regardless of age. Go elsewhere if you need high gloss styling. But if you want a real people, music and dance- Roo Bar.
I love this little place. What a great selection of drinks! Price was reasonable I thought with a bottle of Bulmers and a stubby of draught costing $13. There is a comedy night on tonight, range of light food, I love it!!
Feeling ripped off!. Ordered 2 drinks – a glass of lemonade & a lemon/lime/bitters with vodka $12.
The lemon/lime/bitters was poured from a bottle of schweppes LLB flavoured soft drink & it was topped with a line wedge from an overripe lime. Couldn’t believe it! I’ve paid $8.50 for the same drink drink order at the taxi kitchen in Fed Sq & it was awesome. You could see the layers & it was in a huge glass – so worth the price.
