Ordered takeaway for a Kadhai Paneer and a Chicken Tikka Butter masala along with a few Naan’s and a Roti. Both the dishes had an exorbitant amount of food coloring which was very obvious even before eating the food. The Paneer dish was a big disappointment as the curry wasn’t upto the mark, the chicken dish was good but still with a lot food coloring. The Naan’s and Roti were Ok. The prices charged along with the final product left a lot to be desired.
The restaurant was quiet on a Monday night but the staff remained friendly and attentive all the time. We ordered two curry dishes, a plain rice and a garlic naan. Both curry were flavourful without being too salty. The dishes went well with the plain rice but the garlic naan was average. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.
A small cosy family run restaurant with superb tasting Indian dishes don as you ask for them on the hotness spice factor. excellent value for money . BYO – OK, friendly staff, prompt caring service. Their Take-Away service as good as their dine in. Too easy to catch up with a friend and chat away. Recommend.
The restaurant has really good vegetarian options and the food is really delicious and fresh. The staff are also really attentive and friendly.
Great flavours. Simple, down to earth, honest and delicious food. I’m so impressed with the simplicity in the food here. Will be back for sure !
Two takeaways. First was good, second was ok. I’m still searching for my favourite Indian that replaces the ones I miss in England. I would eat here again.
In our journey to check out our local restaurants, we decided to give Vandana a go. Definitely a good idea as it was a delicious meal. Our entree was a yum tandoori chicken, and we ordered the beef saag and lamb korma for mains – the beef especially was wonderfully tender, and the korma had a complex yet light and sweet flavor. We also greatly enjoyed the complimentary roti + dips. Will be back again when we’re craving Indian food!
