I have ordered from this restaurant once before on recommendation from some friends and ordered the special Hong Kong chicken take away. Got home and found my special Hong Kong chicken to be a piece of chicken schnitzel with no sauce – dry and unpleasant.
Last night our friends wanted to get some take away from here again. I went for the Sichuan chicken. Having been to China and eaten Sichuan food there, I didn’t expect my Sichuan chicken to be sweet and sour (and in parts overly salty). Worst Chinese I have ever tried on top of which a friend and I both felt sick afterwards and by process of elimination I believe the dim Sims were the cause

This restaurantused to begood and now the food is below average. Duck with mushrooms: tiny pieces of deep fried duck with 2 Chinese mushrooms, more batter than meat for sure, very small spring rolls served without any plum sauce….. the epitemy: $1 for a scarce spoon of chile oil…??????? Unbelievable! I will never go back and I will let all my friends kmow about this.
A few months ago I ordered take away and was told that it would be a 45 min wait. As a chef I understand that they might be really busy in the kitchen. 45 mins had pass and went to pick up my order.
Walked inside and the gentleman behind the counter advised me that the chefs are just packaging my food and will be ready in 5 mins…… another 45 mins had pass and my food still wasn’t ready. The man behind the counter kept telling me 5 more min… 5 more min. I couldn’t wait much longer and i left as I had a pregnant wife at home.
What was really the bad part, he kept taking take away orders from people and taking their money, little did they know that the wait was going to be an hour.

Definitely good! Nice and well presented food, very professional service, clean and simple restaurant but not inelegant. I will certainly go back.
Best Chinese in the area, cheap and delicious. Interior of the restaurant is a little outdated, but in terms of the quality of the food and service, undeniably a winner. Great for takeout. The lemon chicken, salt and pepper calamari and the lettuce delights, are favourites of ours! Is our regular hub.
Best Chinese restaurant on centre Rd (that we’ve tried at least). Food took a little longer to come out than most places but was fresh and hot so it’s worth the wait. Will be our regular Asian restaurant from now on.
We are here tonight the food was good but the service was appalling. Everyone that ordered takeaway got their food before any diner. One thing is for sure none of us will be back.
