A typical pub bistro, reasonable food at good prices, the service was good. Food was freshly prepared so a little wait, but no soggy heat lamp dishes. A relaxing Sat lunch with good atmosphere.
Not great food and long wait time on a Saturday afternoon. Most of our dishes came with chips which were soft and soggy. The beef burger was 90% beef patty, 10% other ingredients, which as not enjoyable. Plus side was that drinks were reasonably priced.
Excellent atmosphere, food and staff. I couldn’t fault anything. Meals came out at reasonable times and had a lot of flavour to them. I highly recommend the fish and chips, fish tastes very fresh. You cant go wrong with this standard enjoyable pub, Conclusion: Price, Atmosphere, Food and Staff all deserve a 4-4.5 out of 5.
Without a doubt I’ll be back.
Took my father and family here for a Father’s Day dinner place was pretty busy service was good expresso martinis were cheap and the food was pretty good and well priced would definitely go back again..
Let’s just say Berwick used to be a nice calm rich area only a few owners of horses and cows and the ye Berwick inn was owned by the Johnsons family where you could have a great dinner warm Cosy friendly .then it all changed Berwick got sub division shit arrived and Berwick went down hill . Oh god I was invited back to visit the Berwick inn …. what a mistake .rude staff straight away .
Stuck up thing I don’t know what it was a cross dresser or whatever came up ..oh we r full ho away or wait … after waiting 1 hour we sat got thrown a nenu onto the table was told that it’s quicker to go order for your food at thst counter or just wait .I ordered a rib eye .. Blue not only was it burnt to the crisp it was cold I don’t think I should have been there. .
As I stood up I got abused but a waitress stood on then asked where is the toilet the dumb thing goes over there can’t u read by this time all my respect for this dump was gone .

Visited this place with family and found them pretty good in spite of such negative feedback. The food including the starters, main course and deserts were all good. Service was good and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the experience of an Aussie pub.
