I have been a regular customer here since it has opened. Cannot fault it. Family friendly and the food ….. traditional and top quality! Customer service is second to none. I feel like I am part of the family when I dine. My family and I have visited and ordered the Blu olive platter and souvlaki … lamb and chicken over coals tastes sublime. My daughter orders the calamari and for a picky 10 year old devours it in no time and asks for more. Chic decor makes me feel like I am back on the Greek islands. Well Done Thanasi and family. We will be regular customers.
3rd time coming here and Im still disappointed. Thought I would give it one last try.
Explained to the server that the last time I ordered the calamari I only got 5 pieces. This time I asked that I receive no salad as it doesnt state on the menu that it comes with salad- and that I just want $12 worth of calamari… Lo and behold I get home and theres salad in there and only 3 pieces of calamari. WTH?
I was told that its weighed out and thats the portion for $12 but that cant be true as you are also serving salad with it- which might I repeat- I asked not to be served with it!!!!
Im just am not comprehending this. I understand that food cost is worked out and then other elements are added like cost of labour, operating costs, seasoning/crumb, and obviously the unwanted salad but surely if it just states calamari then you should receive a good portion of it for the price you pay…
I think perhaps they should be selling the items that it states on the menu and not adding unwanted salad!!
