Ordered a pizza in store at Berwick site tonight.
When I got home I found the pizza was not what I ordered and the ingredients if I had of eaten any of the pizza would see me in hospital.
I drove back to the store and explained that my order was incorrect. The pizza was snatched from me an thrown on the back shelf and the staff member proceeded to check the order docket; which was obviously incorrect. He presented this to the girl who took the order who basically told me it was my fault and that I ordered that pizza. Absolutely rubbish, I carefully studied the menu, and would not surely order something I am allergic too as well something that has ingredients I dislike.
With reluctance a new pizza was made for me. At not one stage was any form of an apology made nor any form of compensation.
Very dissapointed with the lack of common courtesy, manners and respect this franchise shows its customers.
