I love that this cafe is open until 5 unlike so many that close around 3ish! Fantastic seating both inside and out and despite the cold weather…they cater accordingly by providing blankets. Vareity of food is impressive, food itself both looked and tasted lovely!! Friendly service…whats not to like?!
The staff are very polite and attentive. The ambience is excellent. It was a beautiful Melbourne day and the outdoor was perfect. I am the lamb and ancient grains, beautiful dish. While a friend had duck salad. Both dishes were excellent! PS. I forgot the photos this time, so will have to go back for the photos!
Great place for a coffee and brekkie/lunch but I found the menu was rather limited and a bit pricey, and staff hasn’t been the warmest. Either way, it is a lovely place to relax especially in summer when you can sit outside. The playground is right next to it too, so lovely place for families.
You need to make Primary at Pioneers one of your locals. Its got a large menu with lots of the usual cafe favourites and each of them are delicious. Staff are friendly and happy to assist you. Theres indoor seating, outdoor to enjoy the sunshine (with umbrellas to create shade) and a small shop with local produce. Its excellent.
Great gem in South East Melbourne. Former school turned Cafe. Especially love the Duck Salad and the Lamb Salad here… and Im not usually a salad person. Great ambience and service to match. Has a Kids playground outside which is fantastic to the little ones.
