Went there tonight and I must say that this place has the worst service I have ever encountered. The sign with a special for a family pack said $32.50 and they charged me $33.30 which I let slide. I waited about 25 minutes when it was not busy at all. Usual wait time is around 15 mins. I asked for my fish grilled and when I got home it was fried. There was maybe 10 chips in the pack and half of them were a blue green colour. I called the store and spoke to a woman asking for a new pack as I was willing to come back and change it to grilled fish. I also said that there were hardly any chips in the pack. On arrival to the store the manager (Chinese) was working but did not want to even talk to me. Instead he kept telling his young workers to deal with me. They said that they would only give me new fish and not a whole new pack. I told them that I had already wasted nearly an hour going home and back and that I didnt want to have a half cold meal. When the manager heard this he waved his hands at me as if to say get rid of her. After this I said – dont worry about it – just give me my money back. Which they reluctantly did. I will never ever go here again. Yes- sometimes orders are wrong and thats fine but the bad attitude I received from the manager was enough to make me never come back.

Our souvo and burger where sitting for maybe 10 to 15 mins before fish that was fried was done did also order potatoe cakes and dim sims and south Melbourne dimmies .

I went and purchased a value pack for $35.50, and the chips were soggy and stale, the fried fish was more batter than fish and when i took the chips back because they were so bad, that we couldn’t eat them, I got lectured by the owner…There was no refund or fresh chips made…He blamed us for taking to long to pick them up when I was told by the very rude cashier that the food would be ready within 15-25min… DONT EVER BUY FISH OR CHIPS HERE!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN (please share)
