We had a large Aussie and Mexicana for pick up.They had a very soft thin base with a lot of cheese. They probably need to cook them more until the cheese gets a tiny little bit brown. The Mexicana wasn’t spicy at all and there was no Jalapeno on it.
Have ordered multiple times from here on menulog and for me, it’s the best takeaway pizza in the local Blackburn/Box Hill area. Pizzas are thin, soft and doughy with lots of cheese and toppings. My favourite is the BBQ chicken. The half and half is good value being only $1 more than the regular price.
Main issue is with the dough. Mine was completely crispy and felt stale whilst the inside of it was dry as well. Reminded me alot of frozen supermarket pizza. Sauce was also very bland as well.
Excellent services , been a few times for takeaway
Great traditional wood fired pizzas- fresh pastas
I love their chicken and mushroom pasta and of course their garlic breads are fabulous.
Highly recommend it.
So happy with their services.
We ordered Americana pizza with some garlic bread. It was one of the worst pizza we have ever eaten. The base was really doughy and the pepperonis and tomato paste were sour and soggy like the pizza is undercooked or something. It is such a shame because we love getting pizza from here as the pizza is crispy, thin and lots of toppings. The delivery policy
also has changed, they use to bring it to your doorstep and can get delivered when order one pizza.
Used to be good, I feel they’ve slipped in recent times. Pizzas were quite bland in flavour and under cooked. Really wasn’t much flavour to differentiate between the Aussie and the lot. Still unsure why parsley needs to be sprinkled on every pizza. Will be my last visit there unfortunately.
I had a frustrating experience here last night. After ordering the special I saw advertised on their website (3 large pizzas and a free garlic pizza) I discovered that in order to qualify for the free garlic pizza you need to order over the phone, not online. It DOES NOT specify this on the website, and in fact there is NO PHONE NUMBER printed. After drawing their attention to this and the false advertising they still refused to honour the deal. I was very disappointed and found the response to my issue unacceptable and badly handled. Customer service needs drastic improvement. What a shame as we are new to the area and probably won’t return.
