Its my first time here, but very impressed with the warm welcomed and services that was provided. Also thank you for the extra service that the team provide to my kid, in order to try and calm her down from crying, the pretty lady try to give her the candy and ice cream too. Even though she didn’t stop crying and I couldn’t seat down to enjoy the meal, and end up takeaway instead, but im still very happy to eat at home and we will be back again next time. Very nice pad see ew, thai beef salad with grounded rice.
We had takeaway last night from Tooky and I was pretty impressed (though I am at a loss to understand why every different restaurant seems to make pad see we in a different way). This version of my fave noodle dish even had cauliflower in it which I think is a first but the flavours were definitely there. Pretty good roti and peanut sauce too
This Thai place has only recently opened in Blackburn and considering it’s a Tuesday night and its 80% is full, I think that’s a great sign.Tonight was started with Prawn Rice Paper rolls, these babies were big and full of fresh herbs and flavour, we all enjoyed scoffing these down. We also shared Goong Manow – these large Tiger prawns served with a lime juice, lemongrass and chilli zing. Slightly spicy but absolutely wonderful. For mains we shared some Pla Neung Khing (whole Barramundi) which was steamed with fresh ginger, lemon grass and fresh herbs and the Gaeng Keow Wan (Green chicken curry), which was bang on perfect, the flavours where fresh and morrish, I wanted to drink the bowl. It was my absolute stand out dish for the night.KD
