Light bright and yellow, Cafe Cachet is located close to the station at Blackburn and has a great range of cakes and slices and really friendly staff. They do have almond milk and their medium coffee comes with a double shot, although I pimped up our coffees to triple. Medium was actually quite large so we were glad of that extra shot or else even a double could have been lost in this milky drink. Coffee was served super hot. Next time I would definitely just go for small.
