The local corner pizza is slow becoming a dying breed with the rise and popularity of those ‘Gradi’ styled thin crust pizzas with a starting price of $20 and above. It’s Pizza time is one of those that still deliver value-for-money pizza with no fuss nor fancy ingredients that you have to pay extra for. I’ve been a fan of their classics but a few weeks ago I decided to crossover to the extreme range – essentially their gourmet range. Though a few dollars more but definitely delivered (no pun intended). With this category of takeaway, one can’t expect a wow factor except in their service and for that I like their philosophy of not charging extra for 1/2 and 1/2 and for extra toppings.

Unfortunately my pizza made me hideously sick. So much so that I have been able to leave the house for a few days. I don’t know if I was a one of this weekend but I know it was nothing else I could have eaten.
A lazy Saturday night calls for pizza and to top it all off delivery. I was super lazy tonight and ordered a small supreme with the lot without prawns and anchovies on a thin base. All together including delivery it cost me $10.50 which is so affordable! The pizza was standard- no wow factor but it certainly filled the spot.
I would say the worst food in Melbourne. But since I travel extensively, I’ll say that it was possibly the worst meal in the world. This place makes McDonalds look seriously gourmet. We ordered in store and waited nearly 40 minutes for a large margherita pizza and calamari meal. We seriously have had far superior pizza from Dominos and Pizza Hut for a fraction of the cost. And the calamari was BAD – overcooked, minced fishy unfresh taste, overcooked, served with a handful of dry, hard fries for more than twice the cost of a fish and chip shop. I honestly never write restaurant reviews, but since we had to throw away the pizza which my kids said tasted like ear wax, and which was basically a huge wad of uncooked dough with a plastic coating of inedible cheese, and since my stomach hurts from the calamari, I feel like I have to warn people: DON’T GO HERE! I feel so ripped off. I’ve never even seen a pizza cooked so badly. It defies belief. Cheap and nasty. Ewwwwww.

Not only did it take 2 hours for a delivery of nachos and chicken wings. When it arrived it was stone cold and I would not even feed it to my dog! I would rather eat stale mouldy bread off the floor! When I called the restaurant to complain the Denined this and just said sorry but we not willing to do anything about it….. well done. You know how to ruin a night in!
I ordered food here through Menulog a couple of weeks back and I will never do that again. I called after 1 hour and 40 minutes to ask where my food was? The answer was that they were on their way. Food came 20 minutes after that and when it arrived it was COLD. I called the restaurant again and was told to just heat it up. I demanded a refund and was told that I had to call menulog about that. I called menulog and was told the restaurant needed to refund me. I was on and off the phone for 30 minutes and the owner refused to refund me. I never received one. The owner and staff were incredibly rude to me. I will never order food from here again.
Absolutely terrible. I can’t speak for the pizza as I have never had it and will never be back to try it…but I ordered 2 lots of different pasta and firstly, it took an hour and a half to get to us, secondly, the pasta was not not as described at all and thirdly, it had to be the worst tasting meal I’ve ever had. My partner and I had a taste of each pasta and ended up throwing the food out. I am not usually one to complain or be wasteful but I have never felt like I have wasted money before like this.
