Their coffee never is bad. I was introduced to it by my father. It is def a good place. Sadly, lately that Multicultural feel has gone. Perhaps New Owners? Blackburn has a good community feel. Its sad that all their mixed workers were fired based on race. Many new coffee shops have popped up….
It shows that even as ABC New generations (Australian Born Chinese)…..who speak fluent English…..are still racist when it comes to employment.
Is the coffee worth your time?
Yes

[Coffee Review]
I can honestly say that this would have to be the best coffee Ive had in Blackburn. Its also probably one of the cheapest too for a small latte which came with a free GF sesame, peanut, dried fruit biscuit/slice. Really great feel about this cafe as well. They do simple pastry items and a small menu of toasted sandwiches etc but its not extensive so could be a lunch spot but most likely a good breakfast or coffee break spot. I love the take away cups with bright pictures and patterns. They almost make me not feel so guilty for not bringing along my keeper cup (almost). The slice was very good also and a great point of distinction. Coffee took a while to arrive but was worth the wait.
Not a bad coffee at all for a little old-school coffee shop down the road from the train station. Wouldnt travel out here for the coffee, but certainly not a bad option if you are already local anyway.
The coffee was made well – beans were fresh, milk was nice and creamy and well proportioned.
The coffee and croissant deal for $5 was an absolute bargain!!
