This is my familys go to Chinese restaurant whenever we crave some good old crab with noodles! The food in general is quite affordable here, especially for the portion that you are given, and I think their crab noodles are relatively cheaper than surrounding restaurants in the neighbourhood.
This time we ordered a variety of dishes to feast on rather than the usual crab with noodles. One of our all time favourites- the deep fried fish fillet with sweet corn sauce. The creamy sauce over the crispy fish is the perfect combination, and even after being left out for so long, I still thoroughly enjoyed the softness of the fish with the natural sweetness of the corn. For a change, we also ordered the soft shell crab dish. Not our usual order, but it piqued my interest as I spotted it on the menu, and just had to see what it was like. The verdict- delicious! The soft shell crab was seasoned well with salt and pepper, cooked excellently, and tingled my tastebuds as I bit into it. For some veggies, we opted for the green beans dish. Sauted perfectly, and the glazed sauce made the veggies that much more tastier!
A casual restaurant that looks modest from the outside, but the food is consistent and always blows me away.
