This little dessert parlour must be fairly new because I go to Box Hill quite a lot and have never noticed it until tonight. I found the staff were nice whilst the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The taste of the milk teas were up to standard and the matcha and red bean crepe that we ordered was yummy, well-balanced. Id come back here considering the service is fast and the environment is not as hectic as compared to other late-night dessert parlours in the area. NOTE: You order the food before you sit down and get your own water/sugar/tissue from the table at the front. Also, if you do decide to use the set point cards (buy 7 get 1 free) here, make sure you are given the right ones – one is for crepes and the other is for coffee.

After a light lunch, we went hunting for bubble tea to complete our meal and decided to give this place a go. After some unexpected fumbling around with our order at the counter, we were pleasantly surprised by what came after.
The pearl milk tea was pretty top notch. It was not too sweet and it was not overdosed with ice. The pearls were perfectly prepared. I felt a pleasant buzz after finishing the entire drink in record time.
Even better was the peach tea with agar….goodness me, those agar pearls were something else! I’ve never quite had anything like it. QQ all the way!
While we didn’t try their ice cream, it must be pointed out that they should try to tidy up the ice cream bar a bit. It looked like a kid made a mess and didn’t clean up.
So I won’t be saying tata to Moritata, because I’ll definitely be back again soon!
