Over price!! $20 for the soup base and even tried to charge us $3.5 per head for sauce even though we didnt touch it. They charge per stick ($0.9 & $0.7), ridiculous small portion. Bad service as well. Stay away please. You will end up spending hundreds of dollar and still not full.

3 of us came in and were greeted by 3 staff at 7:30pm on a Thursday night. The food is self-serve and charged at $0.70-$0.90 per stick. We walked out an hour later with a total of $76, completely dissatisfied and still hungry. Never again!

Looking to get ripped off? This is the place to be! Words cannot describe how disappointing this place was. You start with a $20 soup base that is made from packet soup. You then pay $3.50 each for sauces that would be typically complimentary at other places. Theres cute little sauces on the table that the waiter offers to you, but they also cost. A plate of meat with 5 pieces will set you back $8.
You could alternatively choose the skewers, where theyre $1 each and you get a tiny bit of meat on there.
$70 later and not only were we not full but had to go elsewhere to get food. The only good thing was free mentos on the way out..

Seriously, stay away. Theres so many other places you can spend your money.

Definitely not worth, bad service if you speak English, try to charge you for sauces by putting it on your table without mentioning that it’s $3 dollars as soon as you open it.
They use packaged hotpot base, doesn’t even make their own soup, just add water into it and charge you $18. $18 for something you can buy in an Asian market for $2..
    Will not recommend.

Overpriced, bad service, bad quality of food, small serving.

Even tried to charge us for things we didn’t order a.k.a the sauce.

Definitely recommend to avoid this place, many better places for hotpot in Box Hill.

Food average, dont see the need for skewers but for 35$ buffet it was ok. Staff friendly and explained how to order since there was no English signage. You can get better hot pot around the area.
