I was tossing up between this place and the Bright Brewery – I chose this place and have a severe case of post-purchase dissonance. Pizza was average and over-priced (no I’m not dyslexic). Had the super special and meat lovers – both ok but not worth $25 per pizza – $15 and I wouldn’t be writing this post. Service was poor – and they mixed up my order. If you want some calories come to Il Centro – if you want to stimulate your taste buds go elsewhere.
Another takeaway order on our weekend trip, Lovely crusty pizzas, good staff. Of the half a dozen ones we ordered, the lamb pizza was an absolute standout. While we were waiting for the pizzas, one of my friends tried their inhouse ‘Volcano sauce’, needless to say even a single drop he tasted was so pungent he had to down a whole glass of milk just to tame the fire. BTW if you are game they have a challenge on wherein you eat their volcano pizza in 1/2 hour and if you manage to survive, you get 4 pizzas free include the one you had. Good Luck!
First of all it was good customer service, but the product that was delivered was not what you were expecting for the price you paid. Toppings on the pizza were handled with no gloves, there was very little topping on the pizza itself (we ordered 3 pizzas), the pizza itself was bland, no taste whatsoever. The overall experience, was dissapointing.
Got takeaway from here, pizza was oily and the pizza I got hat had pumpkin and sweet potato was undercooked. They over charged us by $11 and also didn’t know where our docket for how much our order was and guessed. Weren’t rude but weren’t nice either. Didn’t make us feel welcomed. I’m only giving this a 2 as we were starving and ate what we can off the pizzas. If recommend going else where.
