Amazing meals and the owner was nice enough to let one of us have two half pasta meals because he couldn’t decide at no extra charge. Home made gnocci was simply perfect.

Sole e Luna was recommended by the owner of our break and breakfast accomodation. We walked in on Thursday night and they were fully booked so we make reservation for the next day. It’s a nice intimate Italian restaurant. We ordered the venison meatball pasta, seafood linguine and the recommended Italian pork ribs with gnocchi. The waitress politely informed us they didn’t have mussels that night but will be substituted with other seafood for the linguine. All the pasta were so well cooked and delicious! For dessert, we ordered the tiramisu to share. I think the dessert plating could be improved but the flavour is good. I would recommend Sole for good authentic Italian pasta.

my husband and I had eaten here many years ago and the food was wonderful. Last night the service was very slow, the waitress didn’t come check on us even though the meal took over 45m to arrive. The meatballs were hot on the outside but not the inside. The food tasted good but not great, definitely did not pay off that long wait. They brought us powdered parmesan cheese (like the long life Kraft you can buy at the supermarket) which really cheapened the experience. Even to get the bill, the waitress said she was working on it and took 10 minutes, my husband had to go up to the counter and pay. Wouldn’t go back, sad to say

Easter Monday for dinner. Booked out but still managed prompt and friendly service.  At first reluctant to accept booking at front of Restaurant but found it warm and cosy with plenty of atmosphere.  Frank the owner keen to get feedback and our table of four all very  satisfied with variety of food and excellent service. We will be back to our best in Bright.
