I celebrated my birthday at Champagne Charlize on 29 July 2018 with a group of 12 family and friends. We started with French champagne and beers from the extensive drinks list… with bruschetta and garlic bread to share, followed by choice of soup. Then my guests had their choice of main courses from the menu and they selected an array of dishes including risotto, barramundi, lamb shank, rack of lamb, double-roasted orange-glazed duck and the amazing BBQ American spare ribs. All this accompanied by some quality red and white wines from the wine list. Eve and Alex then presented a beautifully decorated selection of desserts with fresh fruit to share. Every one of my guests sent me a message saying how much they enjoyed the food and the service. It really was a beautiful way to celebrate a milestone birthday and I thank Eve and Alex for helping to make it such a success.

Choice of 3 mains with ALL the trimmings. A nice touch was that Eve (chef) visited all tables to have a chat. Alex took the time also to visit all tables. We where made to feel part of his family. Almost forgot, the food was excellent 12/10. PLEASE keep up the excellent work. Definitely be back in the New Year.
