Go here weekly! Service is amazing and dumplings are to die for. Unsure on other meals, when ive seen them theyve smelt amazing & looked huge. Would recommend!
Quaint dumpling place on the latter end of Centre Road. Judging by the lack of reviews, this place isn’t that well known among many locals. Ok. So, the prices are very fair and the service was really inviting and all but the food was substandard to say the least. The pork dumplings were served in those straw things which is good as they stay hot, but they get stuck to the thin paper and things can get messy. They were also a little smaller in size than I’m used to (which was fine because they are priced fairly) but the flavour wasn’t there. Rather bland filling used and a little watery. Nothing too bad though. The fried veg dumplings came out and we were shocked. It’s as if they were crispified on one side with a brown ring and the other side looked as if they had not been fried much at all. It’s as if they served them upside down or something. Their filling tasted of tea leaves…a very weird taste, sickly sweet and not overly appetising. Their spring onion pancake was good however, but lacking in spring onion flavour. I wouldn’t go here again, nor recommend it too highly but hey, it wasn’t that bad. The great service saved them from a 2.0-2.5
Delicious, cheap and attentive service. Spring onion pancake didn’t have enough onion but everything else was spot on! Wide varied menu so lots of choice!
We come here often with our two kids as we all love it. The chicken and prawn dumplings and the soup dumplings are our must haves. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been here far too many times to count. It’s cheap, easy and oh so delicious. The food is always consistent in standards and I’ve never had a ‘bad’ food experience here before. They also make xiao long bao and it is a MUST to order when you come here. For those that have never heard of xiao long bao dumplings – you are missing out!

Not my place. The onion pancake was oily but otherwise ok. The steamed pork dumplings were tiny & just ordinary. My problem is with the pan fried pork buns which were all floury dough with not much meat in it. The beef fried rice was plain & missing something. Not coming back.
