Hi All, I had read some reviews re Bright N Fresh, so I was sceptical when I did visit….When I have visited Bright N Fresh all staff, in particular Meg and Mal could not have tried to be more helpful…they bent over backwards to assist me in my search. I also purchased their smoothies which were fantastic. So not sure why people are being so negative about this place. The phrase haters are going to hate comes to mind!!!
After working in the street for a while I have visited Bright n Fresh smoothie bar many times and my experience every time has been negative. The staff are so rude and have no interest or knowledge in proper customer service. Today I was served by who seemed to be the owners and I ordered what I usually have which is a chocolate thick shake with soy milk extra thick. I was charged $6.50 instead of $6.00 which is what I normally pay and I questioned them and they got defensive and even more rude as though I was the one in the wrong. Unprofessional staff who need a good brush up on their customer service and communication skills and need to remember that in every situation the customer is always right. I would never treat my customers that way. Not going back. Disgusting.
