Fairly standard fish and chips. Portions are fair. Fish was a little greasy, but fine overall. There’s not much seating inside just a couple of tables. It’s really a take away place.

My family and l had grilled flake, over seasoned chips, dim sim and potato flakes.
My daughter and l have had an upset stomach all night. She just vomited everything up!!!
I wouldn’t enter these premises again. With the current food poisoning outbreak across Victoria,
food businesses like this should be extra diligent with health and safety practises.
Someone could die because of their negligence. Not happy

Location, location, location lucky they have this. Good way to judge a fish and chip shop is by there potato cakes, when they come from a packet you know your not in for much.

Had a piece of flake which wasn’t to bad but everything else was a let down.

Also got charged $2 for a minuscule tub of tomato sauce.

Easily the best fish & chips I’ve had to date.

Friendly service and lots of chips!

Just OK. Went here purely as it’s the most convenient place to get fish and chips on Brighton Beach. Chips were crispy but the piece of snapper was really quite small. Expensive for what you get.

Not worth the 45 minute wait. My boyfriend and I ordered a Basket for 2 and 3 extra dim sims and were told to expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes for our order. We were a little surprised to hear this given that the shop was relatively vacated. 20 minutes later I made eye contact with the same girl who served us from across the small shop. Startled, she apologizes. We realise that, sadly, our order had been forgotten. 35 minutes from first entering the shop we walk out and my boyfriend (luckily) has the sense to check our food. No dim sims. We go back and ask them to please give us what we paid for. 45 minutes later we dig in to our long awaited meal and complimentary Pasito. The flake was good. Chips, calamari rings, dim sims and potato cake were average at best. I understand that mistakes can happen. I appreciate the gesture of a free beverage. That said, I won’t be going back.

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had.. Got a basket for 2 to share with friend. Everything was over cooked. Potato cakes were stale and solid. Calamari was fake. Prawns were the tiny ones used on pizza, battered and over cooked until they were rock hard. Fish was surrounded by too much batter and over cooked until dark brown. Chips were dried out as well. Everything was dripping in oil. We could not eat it and gave us a stomach ache from what we did eat. These were the worst fish and chips I’ve ever tried to eat.
