Thaicoon is located on Church Street in Brighton, right near the station. Its a simple set up inside with some seating for guests but they do a roaring trade for take away & deliveries. Ive had both take away and delivery but have never eaten in store.
Their Pad Thai is my favourite, they use chicken breast which is my preference & a lighter flavour but its also packed with veggies & noodles. Ive also tried the Green Chicken Curry which again uses the leaner breast meat & has a decent kick to it. The Massaman Beef curry is also delicious with slow cooked, melt in the mouth beef in a rich coconut sauce with sweet potato.
Thaicoon offer fresh, tasty & generous servings at a reasonable price especially for the area. Ive always been impressed with the food & its been consistently good.
