Absolutely love this place! My housemates and I come here at least 1-2 times a week! The drinks are fabulous and the service is great! The staff are super kind! Whichever night of the week you go, youll love it!
Lovely place for a drink and a catch up with friends. The wine is cheap and delicious, especially during happy hour and they have a lovely little alcove and outside area with a great atmosphere. And the staff are so helpful and rather delightful.
Best bar in Brunswick. Great range of drinks, awesome happy hours every day, incredibly friendly staff (we love Jack!), nice cozy atmosphere, great outdoor space, and best of all they let you bring food in. Hell if you order at Thaila Thai or B.East they’ll even deliver it to you!
Great for a post match team drink or a quiet date. THE. BEST.
My personal favourite local hub for catch ups with some mates, or for those date nights we all like. We’re talking about warm, candle lit atmosphere; jazzy old school vinyl music; comfy couch in front of the fire place for those colder nights; funky back garden for them classic Melbourne summer day; happy hour that’s easy to catch; beer from the taps; good old whiskey or cheeky cocktails; and of course, extremely knowledgable and friendly bar staff. Story time: once I left my bank card at the bar just to make it easier to pay for multiple drinks, but someone else took it by mistake . The bartender was able to catch up to them, kindly ask for my bank card back, and deliver it back to me within the hour (wouldn’t happen everyday, I know, but my point is these guys are the friendliest in town)
Good place for a drink or three at the tables out on the foot path , a number of good food options close by to go to or even have delivered. A few craft beers on tap and good range of wines to choose from. You can definitely enjoy a few hours in the late afternoon sun.
A Thursday night for Mr Breakfast and what better than red wine …. bottle of course… at Eydie’s up Lygon St. Pad Thai chicken delivered from next door and all is ok.
A relaxed and friendly bar great for after work or a catch up with friends. Great staff, sweet tunes on vinyl, delicious cocktails and rice beer on tap.
