I ordered cold drip using seasonal espresso coffee beans. This one is absolutely amazing. Maybe it is the best one in Melbourne. It has a clean flavor of fruit sourness, excellent balanced. There is no dirty flavor at all. The drink itself is clear and brown, showing surprising color in sunshine. Known from the staff, the beans they use varies with season. Maybe next time I visit Padre, I will have another magic drink from other beans.

The service is really fast. The staff are all kind to customers and willing to talk with customers about coffee. They have a good knowledge of beans and coffee making.
Atmosphere: 5 star
How can I say no to a sofa with a large window and beautiful sunshine. The shelves are held on white walls, where beans and coffee maker areon display. Even cold drip set can be found in their shop.

They often hold free classes to the public which you can view and attend online. When I (Nic) attended, there was lots of great information, coffee and no pressure to buy after the event (even though I did, as they displayed some great coffee on offer).
Lots of seating, modern cafe layout and great coffee!
