I had been to the sister restaurant, Philhellene (my favourite Greek restaurant in all of Melbourne) before and thoroughly enjoyed it, so was anticipating what this would be like.
For a large group the banquet was perfect, the place was very relaxed and accommodating for us.
Positives- grain salad, loukoumades, they didnt skimp out on the pita bread, the potatoes.
I just found that the calamari could have had a bit more seasoning, the Greek salad a bit more olives, tomato, feta and cucumber (less mixed lettuce leaves), and the meat was just cooked as opposed to being well charred and cooked as I am used to from other Greek restaurants. Ill be back to try the vegan banquet, and would highly recommend this place for group bookings.
