Great atmosphere and staff friendly.
Mexican food with some Asian flair which is a unique concept that we enjoyed a lot.
Naked nachos were great! The salsa on the side reminded us of froot loops which made for a great conversation. Fish and pork tacos were also standouts 🙂

Hows this cool Mexican place tucked away in Brunswick!! Basco….great atmosphere from the moment we stepped through the door, was greeted by one of the friendly staff. And from start to finish service was on point and very prompt..
We sat down and ordered afew cocktails recommended by the waiter The real Long Island ice T and the Pimms cup….. two great choices, they were both so good my partner and I kept swapping drinks back and forth..
We then looked at the menu which has great variety and more than enough choices for Mexican fusion dining.
For starters we ordered the Viet Corn and the Phat nachos, great choices too! The nachos came at a great size and full of flavour.
We then went on to order Shanghai Ribs which the meat just fell off the bone, the Kfc , Marry eats Lamb and a squid taco, all these choices satisfied our needs and were great choice and filling. But the end of the night we had full bellies and had a great time with great music and a great vibe.

So glad I found this place. Walked past this when I was on my way home and decided to stop for a bite. Absolutely delicious starter called Kim Jong Yum here. Finished the day on a high note. Thanks, Basco. Will recommend!
Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming staff, its a shame the well known tacos here was just average. We ordered 6 tacos and only enjoyed two- the king miso prawn (special of the day) and barry white. Our least favourite taco was the KFC which the flavour combination just did not work and tasted strange. We love the complimentary corn chips with salsa- it absolutely amazing.
Cool venue its a shame the food was average. Trying to be bold with different flavour combos but didnt quite pull it off. Strange that the nachos came out last, this is usually the appetiser.
Wonderful service and you cant go past the $32 banquet. They were very busy and had run short of one order, made up for it with free chicken wings and churrros which was really not required. We were celebrating a birthday there and couldnt have been happier with the service and atmosphere. Favs were the lettuce cups, ribs and port tacos. cheers
