Not authentic and the service took so long, the ingredients were not the best but not the worst. Somehow everything tasted too sweet for the pizza imo, but again you get what you pay for.
I usually order pizza on a very regular basis from Godfathers. It is usually delivered fast and hot and is always good. HOWEVER, the other night I ordered pizza from here and the driver delivered it to the wrong address. When I called to politely enquire about my pizza I was told it was already delivered. I then assured the person I spoke to I didnt get my pizza and they basically accused me of lying and that It was entirely my own fault.
Now, I am an understanding person and totally get a human error and that people lie. What I was hoping was they would make me a new pizza send it out and upon arrival in my street and calling my number realise they delivered my pizza to the wrong address and apologise. That was not what happened. I was yelled at by several employees, hung up on twice and wasted far too much of my night trying to re-order my pizza as well as being accused of lying. This was the absolute without a doubt WORST customer service I have EVER received. I asked to talk to a manager or owner but was flat out refused. When I was hung up on the second time I gave up. Then about an hour later the driver came by, called me, realised her mistake and apologised and tried to make this right. I was expecting the owner or management to call me and then apologise. This didnt happen.
I will NEVER be ordering of Godfathers EVER again purely from the treatment I received. For a $14 pizza, its a bit ridiculous that they couldnt just remake one and send it out to check, considering it wouldnt cost them that much. I am understandable of human error and mistakes but for almost EVERY employee who works at this shop (I spoke to about 5 people total) to treat me like rubbish and be so disrespectful of the customer, I wont ever waste my time with this place again. Its a pity really because up until now I Loved this pizza and ordered FAR too much of it. Great pizza is NEVER worth the horrendous customer service.
I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE to order their pizza elsewhere. Dont risk the POOR SERVICE for ok pizza.
